After installation macros were not working, Tracking Plugin failing with error "No bean named 'i18nResolver' is defined" This is due to missing license: Although Tracking is a free add-on, it still requires a license – the license is free as well. If you don’t have a license installed yet, you can generate a license for Tracking from our ServiceRocket Marketplace : http://marketplace.servicerocket.com/product/tracking-plugin After downloading the license, go to the following path to install the license : Confluence Administration > General Configuration > Tracking (left sidebar, under ServiceRocket Plugins section) On the Tracking licensing page, upload the .key file. For the detailed steps on installing and licensing, you can check out our ServiceRocket Documentation : https://docs.servicerocket.com/display/TRAC/Installation+and+Licensing After installation of the license plugin works fine.

Hello, I have similar behaviour. After uninstalled Tracking plugin 3.1.8 and installed 3.4.1, all other 4 ServiceRocket plugins (see below) became disabled and can't be enabled anymore. -Scaffolding v7.0.2 -Scaffolding Metadata Plugin v8.0.1 -CustomWare Reporting – Core v1.0.4 -Report v5.3.0 I rolled Tracking back to previous 3.1.8, still those 4 plugins can't enabled. When uninstall Tracking 3.1.8, there is message below in the atlassian-confluence.log. There are dependencies that are disabled. 2016-03-17 10:44:48,280 INFO [ajp-bio-8009-exec-1451] [atlassian.plugin.manager.DefaultPluginManager] disableDependentPlugins Found dependent enabled plugins for uninstalled plugin 'net.customware.confluence.plugin.tracking': []. Disabling... We have Confluence 5.5.2 on Linux Redhat 6.5 My question is if the above 4 plugins depend on Tracking plugin? Are there installation order to follow? Thanks Ping

Hi Ping, thanks for the review! The Tracking plugin shares some dependencies with Reporting and Scaffolding so a problem like this is possible (by the way, this is much improved in Reporting 6.0 and Scaffolding 8.0 - https://docs.servicerocket.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19988564).

In any case, would you mind to contact us at support@servicerocket.com as we're still finding a way to reproduce it. We'll take a closer look.
