Had problems, the whole approval report has reset (everyone's approvals have gone) and the page has not changed - history and last edit shows it has not changed since everyone approved the page. Cannot create a support ticket via the ServiceRocket website as pressing the button does nothing - help please! If I can't rely on the approvals to stay and have no record of them then the plugin is of no use. Thank you.

Doesn't even support access to phone numbers of users. We wanted to build a simple phone directory based on user profile and the field doesn't exist. The ticket for this simple yet effecive feature exists since 2009, but apparently noone cares there. What a shame.

Hi PJ, I'd like to inform you that this feature has been implemented in Reporting version 5.5.1. This release adds six new keys to the User Supplier: phone, im, website, department, location, and position. You may view the User Supplier documentation page for more details.

I know it took us a while to implement this feature, but I'd like to thank you for your constant support and feedback in using the add-on. I hope you'll enjoy this feature.

Indeed very useful plugin, which eliminates a need for custom SQL queries. A complicated and not the easiest to use, but powerful one. Last release has a bug: you can't exlclude people in the {user-filter} macro, and developers say it takes 1-2 month to release a bugfix for this core functionality. Even the support is quick and tries to make their best, taking a couple of months for fixing such a bug is unsatisfactory. UPD: the bug has been fixed so I'm giving back the all-star feedback.

Hi Evgeny, version 5.5.2 contains the bug fix. It was difficult to maintain the user field auto-complete while also supporting the user exclusion/inclusion option, but the bug fix should bring it back to previous state. We appreciate your feedback; we hope this brings a good news to you.

Vidrio Technologies uses the ServiceRocket Reporting, Scaffolding and Composition addons to enhance the functionality of the Confluence site we host for our ScanImage open source project and commercial business. The addons provide cool macros for structuring our software documentation and web pages, making it easier for ScanImage users to find what they need faster!!

Tieke Finnish Information Society Development Centre is a non-profit organization. We use Confluence as our intranet and collaboration tool. ServiceRocket Reporting, Scaffolding and other plugins are a good set of tools to improve our information flow and collaboration with specialists. With this plugins you can pick up the necessary information and show them to right persons. Best thing is that it is not difficult to learn to use them.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

The add-on tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

Add-on purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
