I really like this plugin and have been using it for a couple of years now. Reporting in combination with Scaffolding has changed the way we use Confluence ... but use with CAUTION! Make sure that you follow best practices and test new releases on a different environment as you should expect something to break in each new release. As an example, version 4.3 of the Reporting plugin adds unwanted HTML around {report-info} data making it more difficult to use as input for other macros. Each {report-info} output is surrounded by <span class="report-data"></span> which significantly increases the size of the HTML generated for your reports.

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is a non for profit organisation in the aged care sector. We are using Service Rocket to assist with workflow automation and mobile workforce enablement. The combination of ServiceRocket and Confluence provides us with a cost effective and easy to use foundation on to which we can layer these services.

Mercy Ships is a non-profit with the largest civilian hospital ship in the world. We use Confluence as our global intranet and collaboration tool. ServiceRocket Reporting provides us the ability to display document information, report on the state of all workflows, and display both the header and footer information in our ad hoc workflow pages. We also use this plugin to create reports of database content for proper administration of certain content.

We are a non-profit organisation working to support clean energy and climate knowledge in developing countries and use Atlassian Confluence to handle communication and collaboration within our community. In some use cases within this platform it is necessary to enter data in a structured way, i.e. structure overviews of projects, solutions, organizations etc. We do this with ServiceRockets Scaffolding plugin, and use Reporting to fetch data into nicely aggregated information pieces. We do this for project overviews as well as a quick-look overview of the most important information of organization within our networks.

High quality and very useful plugin. Very good documentation and support. I believe we have just scratched our possibilities with it, and are excited to further exploit it. If only all plugins/Add Ons were so easy...
