Good plugin in general. One thing that prevented me from giving four stars: https://community.servicerocket.com/servicerocket/topics/page-approval-macro-is-unusable-when-a-user-does-not-exist Is this going to be fixed? I would have created another support ticket or commented on this page but I don't understand why I have to have separate accounts for support and community if I already have a service rocket marketplace account...

Hello, I agree with Miroslav, On the marketplace it says free and when you browse more into the add-on page it says purchase. There is no place to generate licenses as well. Please help. Thanks

This is what I have been looking for to use as a sign off. I do have two issues with the plugin. One is minor and one makes it unusable for me. The first is that it would be nice if we could edit the button called "page sign off" to say something else. The second issue that makes this unusable in my opinion is that when you add a user or make any changes, it resets the whole form. We may have to change the sign off or add a sign off person. The forms should reset everyone who has already signed off. Any way to change this.

Updated: Not pleased of losing this plugin after the upgrade to 5.8, same happened with 5.7. Atlassian had EAP versions released for months before the release and we delayed the upgrade for more than two weeks. I would expect for a commercial plugin to be ready from the first day. I am looking forward to see the Supported Vendor badge as we recently introduced a policy of not even trying plugins that are not from approved vendors, as they caused us too many headaches. The issue tracker link goes to the vendor homepage... instead of an issue tracker.
