    Configure Blacklisted Branches via Regex

Pushing disabled for branches that are blacklisted

    Troubleshooting Your Regex

Each repository has a configurable regex to identify which branches should be blacklisted.

If the branch name matches for the configured regex pattern, the branch is considered blacklisted and cannot be pushed!

If an error occurred in executing the regex, it is reported back to the user.

    More details

This plugin is designed for a workflow where certain branches can only be updated through pull requests. By adding those branches to a blacklist, it will prevent users from pushing directly to it while still allowing anyone to update the blacklisted branch via a Pull Request.

Note: This is slightly different than the built in feature 'Branch Permissions' in that it still allows for merging.
