hey, in general i like the plugin. I have the problem i want to send an email to jira itself which is blocked by the jira loop prevention. any idea of how to switch this off?

Hi, currently you can access only the comment added during the transition using $comment. See more info in the documentation page or add an issue/feature request in the tracker.

How can I use Custom Fields in template?

Hi, there is a customfield helper available to display value. Example of use: <p><b>Name:</b> $!{cfUtils.getValue($issue, "customfield_10000")}</p>

Looks like a good start, but I'm really missing some example templates to get this working. I extracted the below code from the Template Editor snapshot shown in the Email PF marketplace entry. It's not much, but better than nothing to get started: ================== <html> <head><title>Order</title><head> <body> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p><span>$i18n.getText("common.concepts.key"): </span><span><a href="$!{baseurl}/browse/${issue.getKey()}">$issue.getKey()</a></span></p> <p><span>Pieteikums: </span><span>$issue.key </span><span>$issue.summary</span><p> <!-- Below and more were missing from the picture --> </td> </td> </tbody> </table> </body> </html> ==================
