I was using with an open source license but stopped giving support or even answer emails. Do not seem reliable. The software is interesting and worked well but should have closed because even answer emails. At least my testimony continues on their website. Regrettable.

As detailed below, this is a free JIRA plugin that acts as a connector to a subscription-only web service. The plugin itself does not contain an SLA management engine for JIRA. All SLA parameters are configured via, and stored within, the sladiator.com online service. The JIRA plugin appears to simply push ticket stats (events, transitions, etc) to the Sladiator web service, and suck down monitoring and tracking data to display within JIRA. Configuration of SLAs within sladiator.com is straightforward and simple, but don't expect to be able to create complex agreement levels, e.g. for out-of-hours support. To be honest, if you're trying to use JIRA as a Service Desk for end users and/or paid-up, non-technical customers, you're looking at the wrong tool for the job.

This is NOT Free. Please rectify. Edit: I do not understand the vendor's answer as they claim it is free, but after I installed the software, I was redirected to a configuration page which contained the pricing ( https://sladiator.com/#pricing ). So the better claim will be "Paid for through vendor".

    Hi Danie,

Plugin is available for free and therefore there is no possibility to change the word "free" here, in the marketplace.

SLAdiator is a great tool to follow-up our team's ability to keep promises towards the customers. In SLAdiator Dashboard we have configured to get warning when delivery time is "coming soon" and to get "red card" if promises are not kept. We are also very interested to get reports about actual time spent in development team to solve the issue. Such reports are available in SLAdiator! This tool allows to specify in which statuses time should be counted, to exclude, for example, time spent on waiting reply from customer or 3rd party. We use SLAdiator not only in maintenance projects to follow-up SLA towards customers, but also in the development projects to get informed about tasks to be in due soon.

Great user-friendly plugin with minimum configuration! I get everything I need for customer SLAs incidents' resolution time quality.
