In the left menu of administrator configuration, click "Custom Group Managements" menu under User & Securities section.

This is a custom group management group addon for Confluence application developed by the Open Source Consulting, Korea. Generally, this addon helps to grant the permission of non-admin user which could not create user group and manage their own members by themselves. Therefore, an owner of custom group can notify to the whole of group or individual member by notification feature.

Must-Have Plugin :) Will there be a release for version 6.0.5 of Confluence?

Nice to have plugin, good and easy to use. the only inconvenience is that the plugin adds prefix to the groups name, which is impossible to remove it since confluence does not let user to rename groups.

We added prefix for namespace purpose. However it can be changed as configurable !!

    1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Custom User Group Management via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Confluence instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
