Way more flexible search with MongoDB queries

Way more flexible search with MongoDB queries

    Complex Criteria Builder

    Comfortable view of result

    MongoDB syntax for PROs

Build various search criteria with the GUI, which allows you to filter issues by more fields comparing to the native Search: find issues by Link, work log, subtasks, comments, etc.

Search results are presented in a table. You can follow a link to open an issue, or open all of them in the native search, or just copy the IDs for further usage in the dashboards or in your own filters etc.

There is always a way to go beyond the GUI capabilities. If you need to perform even more complex query - you can simply adjust the JSON in the text area, which represents the MongoDB query.

    More details

It is quite often the case when JIRA native search does not provide needed functionality for certain items (such as search by user in comments, by worklog, by links, subtasks) and especially for combinations of them.

That is when this Add-On comes in handy.

It gives you the possibility to use MongoDB queries to perform desired search. Although it takes your search functionality to the next level, it comes with the downside - you have to be familiar with MongoDB search syntax. Once you have mastered this syntax, search becomes easy and effective.

This Add-On uses JIRA REST API to access JSON representation of the issues, so if you wonder which fields are allowed in the search - just check the JSON response for any issue.

Search query returns you a table of results and a list of keys. You can use them for your operations. Simply put them to JIRA Search as "IN" statement.

I really appreciate all your feedback - no feature request was left without attention.

    Thank you for your support!

Very useful plugin and the author really bent over backwards to ensure that it worked for our usecase. He helped with our more complicated queries and even introduced new functionality to support our needs. Highly recommended!

    Pricing

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does cloud add-on pricing work?

Cloud pricing is subscription based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically adjusted (as necessary) based on the number of users in your instance.

If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, add-ons are also billed annually. Annual subscriptions for this add-on include a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing tier?

The cloud add-on tier is set automatically based on the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you have JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, your add-on tier is 50 users.

Note: While this add-on has features specific to JIRA Service Desk, the add-on is technically available across the whole JIRA instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud add-ons, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.
