Timesheets by Tempo - Jira Time Tracking

Hello, When I click on the app, I am met with a blank page and some loading issue asking me to contact support. I havent gotten a reply for this yet.

I like this app. It's sufficient for basic needs. You will most likely need to create something on your own if your team requires more sophisticated solutions. But new features are added, app is being deleveped what is very important. Of course, there is room for improvement. Some of the teams I worked with quit Tempo because it lacked capabilities that were essential to them. But overall I can recommend Timesheets, it's very simple and intuitive to track your time and generate reports.

I have been using the Tempo plugins for many years now, and so far, I haven’t found a better plugin for Jira than the ones from Tempo.

The Tempo app delivers exactly what it promises, and we’ve had very few issues with it over the past two years. The support team at Tempo is excellent. We’ve been using Tempo for a few weeks now, with hundreds of software engineers, DevOps, and others tracking their activities through it. The tool works smoothly, and we especially appreciate the integrations with Jira, GitHub and Office Calendar, which make logging activities effortless. The interface offers several convenient views (calendar, list, timesheet), making it easy to navigate and manage work. As an admin, I had to reach out to their support team for assistance, and they were responsive, knowledgeable, and maintained continuous communication until my issue was fully resolved. I am giving Kudos to their support team for really caring. I recommend Tempo.
