This is one of the nicest add-ons to use that I have found. Transparent and easy to use, logical presentation and nicely targeted reporting facility. 10 out of 10....

Simple time-tracking within JIRA. Easy enough to understand, with almost all the functionality I want. Thank you Tempo :)

It is wonderful Jira addon, thanks. I would appreciate user settings to disable collapse feature of Time tracker. It is quite annoying - I have to always click to expand time tracker...

How do upgrades and renewals work?

You can upgrade your Atlassian host product license to increase the user tier for add-on licenses any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula, and are automatically reflected in your cart. View an example of the JIRA upgrade price matrix here.

Add-on licences for downloaded Atlassian products are perpetual. Your original purchase includes 12 months of maintenance. To continue receiving upgrades and support after the initial 12 months, you can renew your maintenance for 50% of the original purchase price. You can purchase maintenance for up to 36 additional months at any time.

OnDemand add-on subscriptions renew each month and can be canceled any time.

How do I determine my pricing tier?

Choose the same user tier you pay for in the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a JIRA download license for 25 users, you should purchase this tier.

Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

What's the difference between OnDemand and download pricing?

Just like your Atlassian host application, there are two pricing models. Pick the model that matches your Atlassian product, and the same rules apply:

Installation

  1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
  4. Locate Tempo Timesheets for JIRA via search. The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.
  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Tempo Timesheets for JIRA. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Tempo Timesheets for JIRA begins to download.
  6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
  7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.

To find older Tempo Timesheets for JIRA versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.

  1. Log into MyAtlassian.
  2. Locate and expand your Atlassian OnDemand license or evaluation license on the Licenses page.
  3. Click Configure products & Users.
  4. Locate Tempo Timesheets for JIRA in the Product column.
  5. Click Start a free trial for Tempo Timesheets for JIRA.
  6. Click Apply changes from the bottom of the page. You're returned to your Manage add-ons page.
