This release fixes a bug causing double-encoded URLs.

Details

In this release, we will resolve a bug where URL paths are double-encoded. This is especially evident for Instant Websites pages that use special characters in the page title. Page titles with special characters are initially encoded during processing and then re-encoded when the static site content is served by the S3 bucket. This results in malformed URLs.
