Threaded Comments for Jira

My experience doesn't look anything like the screen shots. Threaded Comments is a separate tab, you can't reply directly in the Comments tab. In addition, the comments in that Threaded Comments tab do not carry through the screen shots. Many times it's just the person's name commenting with no attached screen shots/files.

Not working for us

I installed the cloud version and lacks almost all features on the data centre version. The doco is somewhat confusing that you need to pay special attention to the difference. Basically no configuration setting for cloud version and at this point of time of posting only really thread comments, no really pinning, no option to reply with internal or external. Maybe with the cloud version match the data centre version I'll come back to trailing. RIght now, not great.
