    Removing restores behaviour

You can now reply to comments in JIRA.

@mention users in the same way as you would do in a JIRA comment.

JIRA reverts to the same old single level view of comments if you remove the add-on. Nothing is lost.

This is a really cool plugin and our users love it. Sadly the vendor seems to be dead. No reply on my questions about when it will be available for JIRA 7.2.0 or 7.2.1 for weeks. Guess we'll have to drop it or search for a replacement. UPDATE: Funny... the exact same day I posted this negative review, a new version was released. Yet, I've still not received a feedback from the vendor. Not the customer friendly way to do it, but at least it's working now.

This is a great plugin and works with our JIRA 6.4.7 server. However I can't see a way to disable the voting buttons on the reply? Perhaps the voting buttons should use the global "Users can vote on issues" permission to enable / disable? While I can see the benefits in some cases of having voting on comments for the work I'm doing the voting buttons aren't needed.

This is a good additional functionality but there are some features missing when writing a reply comment as opposed to writing a normal comment. - Preview button is missing - Alt+Shift+S shortcut doesn't work for replies - The recently added rich editor buttons are missing Also the Reply link at the bottom of each comment sometimes is missing but reappears when the page is refreshed. I would like to have access to all the same features when writing a reply as when I'm writing a normal comment. A very good add-on but it would be much better if the problems listed above could be fixed. Until then only three stars ;) I currently have JIRA 6.4.6.

Fails with Jira 6.4. Causes formatting issues when viewing Issues in the new project navigator - had to disable this add-on entirely.

I have been looking at your plugin and it looks great, but only if you are in the developer group. All other user types get odd behavior, where certain things don't work correctly. E.g. Replying just adds a normal comment and the like / dislike buttons don't work. Is there some way I can stop this, as looks really useful. Thanks.

Marcus, the corrections for non-developer users are present in the latest release - 1.7.
