Post any response into your team room

Link any SurveyMonkey account to your HipChat room. You can any survey based on the SurveyMonkey NPS template to receive feedback from customers and have it display within HipChat itself.

A live feed of NPS feedback will appear in the HipChat sidebar for your room. You can filter by promoters, passives, and detractors, and click on a particular response for more information.

If you want to generate discussion around a particular response, you can post a card into the chat. Other team members can click on the card to view the response in detail in the sidebar.
