    The add-on and the Omnidesk itself are currently available only in Russian.

    THE JIRA APP WITHIN OMNIDESK:

    • JIRA data is displayed in the Omnidesk sidebar on the case's page. You can configure what JIRA info is shown both in compact and detailed views.
    • Omnidesk cases can be linked to any existing JIRA issues.
    • Creating new JIRA issues with all the information needed from within Omnidesk.
    • Notifying a JIRA user through a private note.

    THE OMNIDESK ADD-ON IN JIRA:

    • Public comments and private notes of linked Omnidesk cases are displayed in the Omnidesk activity tab within JIRA.
    • Links to Omnidesk cases for checking the full conversations between the customer and support agent.
    • Linked Omnidesk cases displayed in the sidebar of the corresponding JIRA issues.
    • JIRA user can send notifications to support agents.

    The've done it! I have been waiting for this Omnidesk integration with Jira for a long time! Now it is more convenient to follow the tasks directly inside the helpdesk, thank you guys!

    Installation

    1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate Omnidesk.
    4. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
