Update 2023-12-28: We are sorry, that our app did not meet your expectations. As we did not get any answer to our questions in your support ticket we could not provide a specific help related to your use case. As a general information to others reading this comment: in this example about 50.000 issues from Jira had been requested. As our app collects data during gadget during load time from Jira, this amount of data leads to longer setup times. Our app does not store or cache data (this is for other users a benefit). For reporting based on very large data sets we would recommend usage of a BI tool together with a strategy to cache data on regular time intervals instead of requesting it from your Jira system at each dashboard load.
