    I really like this app, however, I would like each customer to only be able to select the Service Desk (in the drop down), rather than every possible Service Desk that the Global User has access to. That is the only reason we can't use it. We have multiple customers and each has it's own Service Desk. Let me know when you adjust that and we will use this all the time! Updated! You have added the security ability to allow only the service desk projects available to the given portal user! That is fantastic. Now, I have one more request, and I apologize because I should have thought of it before. Is it possible to make it configurable for each Service Desk? So we can test it before opening it up to every customer? And if you could add the ability for the customer to export what they see, that would be even better. This would be an app I would consider paying for. Thank you so much for the work you have done so far!

    Hi Kathy!

    We have released a new version that fixes the bug you reported. Hope this allows you to install and use our application. The problem was that the Jira Service Desk API was returning all of the projects instead the projects were the users has access.

    It would be nice if, on customers' portal, there was a way to only show the list of projects that the current user has access to. It would be nice as well to define the list of projects where we'd like to have those metrics and allow us to select the SLAs that we'd like to show.

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Customer reports for Jira Service Desk via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

    To find older Customer reports for Jira Service Desk versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.
