Teams and individual users of the projectdoc Toolbox want to access it through its Web API. Using the REST Browser or the commandline is not everyone's preferred way. Calling these services from the web browser is in many use cases more convenient. On the other hand users need to configure the menus according to their requirements, the jobs they need to run quickly and regularly.

Bookmarklets are a way for users to configure the menu individually to access services in the browser. This add-on supports users to do this by providing a

  • Quickly swap roles like writer, reader, and printer
  • Remove unwanted HTML elements from projectdoc names, values, and controls

Bookmarklets are not limited to access the projectdoc REST API. The JavaScript code may call any REST service.

To use this extension, please install the projectdoc Toolbox (a commercial add-on) and the free projectdoc Web API Extension!
