    I think the Plugin will get no update due to the changed of https://confluence.atlassian.com There change comments like: Obsolete KB Survey Macro was removed from this page (see CST-2814).

    Really like this plugin, simple and effective. I have a problem with it using it with JIRA Service Desk though, see https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/327596/knowledge-base-survey-plugin-not-working-with-service-desk. There seems to be a new version (1.4.2) in the repository which might fix this, but the latest version available is 1.4.0. Can the new version be made available?

    1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Knowledge Base Survey Plugin via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Confluence instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
