zAgileConnect allows Support teams to share appropriate customer Case context with Engineering to facilitate prioritization and efficient resolution. It also allows Jira Issue to be linked to multiple Cases.

The goal of this integration is to bridge the gap between Sales, Support and Engineering, and allow them to work more efficiently towards resolving customer-related tasks. zAgileConnect delivers integration and flows specifically targeted for Customer Support (i.e. Case-centric). Other Salesforce objects, such as Account, Lead, custom objects, etc. and related workflows will also be supported in future releases. zAgileConnect allows Support teams to work efficiently with engineering.

- Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
- Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
- Locate Salesforce & Jira Cloud Connector.
- Click Install to download and install your app.
- You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
