    Our experience using Xray has been amazing. We really like that it’s integrated with Jira; it’s convenient because we don’t have to switch between different tabs while working. We also really appreciate the ability to integrate with GitLab CI/CD. We set up a flow where tests can be triggered with just two clicks from a selected test plan in Jira. A test run is created, and all results with errors are clearly visible. The AI feature for creating test cases is incredibly helpful—it greatly simplifies the testers’ work and reduces the time spent on monotonous tasks. Thank you so much! I would like to suggest improving the speed of status updates during a test run (it currently takes quite a long time) and making the test repository faster, as we have to wait every time for all tests to load when updating just one. I give it 10/10. Thanks to the Xray team!

    Our experience with Xray has been excellent. The application delivers solid, reliable functionality, and when we faced an issue with report generation, their support team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. Their responses are consistently fast, clear, and helpful. Overall, Xray combines dependable performance with exceptional customer support.

    1. The app is not customizable enough. 2. The test field is constantly freezing, not loading, very slow.
