Aside from Xray being widely used with Jira, their support is just amazing! They respond fast, suggestions covers other good and valid route. Thank you Victor T. for the help, even on an unsupported version. You deserve the five star!

Can't provide much feedback on the Xray as an app from the Dev perspective, but we were working on the migration from DC to Cloud and interacted a lot with the Xray support as part of it. Mario Peixoto went above an beyond to help us with the migration and the Go-live would be impossible without him. His support was not only of the highest quality and super fast, but also proactive in it's approach where he was reaching out to *us* to perform checks and ensure we are ready for the migration. It was the best Marketplace app support experience I had!

Xray is a powerful and feature-rich test management solution for Jira. During our large-scale Data Center to Cloud migration, the app proved to be very capable, and the migration tooling worked well once the required preparation steps were completed. I would especially like to recognize Mario Peixoto from the Xray Migration Support Team. Throughout our migration project, Mario provided exceptional support. He was always responsive, organized several technical meetings with us, carefully analyzed migration logs, explained the migration process and best practices in detail, and worked closely with other Xray teams whenever we encountered blockers. Thanks to his technical expertise, professionalism, and commitment, we were able to successfully complete our production migration.
