There are two import modes: Single and Multiple custom fields import and new Create Custom Fields feature:
- Single custom field import mode
This mode enables import of different values for single custom field that is entered.
Each line of CSV file should consist of exactly two parts (separated by semicolon).
First part should be issue key and second represents import value of that custom field.
- Multiple custom fields import mode
This mode enables import of values for multiple custom fields on selected issues.
Each line of CSV file should consist of exactly two parts (separated by semicolon).
First part is custom field name and second represents import value of that custom field.
