we have been testing a lot this plugin before buying it. After several weeks, we couldnt imagine just live without it. The conclusion was easy. Just bought it, it's fantastic ! we use confiform mainly to create docs and faqs. the idea is to separate the pages themselves and the records used to create them. So when you edit a page, it is just a confluence page without any specific macro. that is a quick win for users as they dont see lots of perturbating macros of any kind in pages. With the help of an external table (database), we can handle reallly interesting drop down select field called smart classifier and also use a simple integration rule to do on the fly many operation like add labels, add file, create page, change page title, etc... As report Davin, the team is really flexible and quick react. Lots of improvement. And you are never left on your own. You just need some minutes to tame it and after it rocks... I totally recommand this plugin.

This is an awesome add-on for Confluence. It is super flexible and can do gobs of different kinds of things. This is fast becoming one of our most used add-ons. Bugs are fixed quickly and new features are added regularly. Many Confluence add-ons start with a set feature set and never expand beyond that. They may squash bugs but nothing else. In contrast, this add-on is constantly adding new and useful features. Also, the price is quite reasonable for all the different scenarios that this add-on addresses. I would fully recommend ConfiForms.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

The add-on tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.

    Version 1.36.4 Confluence Server 5.1 - 6.0.4 Released 2017-01-18

Improvements to filters, validation rules for multiselect values, sorting in TVM

Please read this if you are upgrading from v. 1.30 or earlier

    • Fixed sorting (type) in TableViewMerger
    • Fixed issue with "Validate unique" field definition rule when used with multi-select fields
    • Fixed dynamic filter macro when used with Autopage field type
    • Improved: you can apply a filter on a ConfiForms Field macro for multi-select field when used together with Dynamic filter macro (reducing the number of choices provided by a field in dynamic filter, etc). Parameter expects the "filter", which is applied on the source for this field (with smart field it is applied on the source data form, with db fields it is applied on the database query result).
