Incredibly valuable plugin. We used sharepoint before to have records and form for our ISO certification. Now we could move everything to Confluence due to this powerful plugin! The support is incredibly fast an accurate, always helpful with tips and tricks. The amount of features and possibilities are a little overwhelming sometimes but become so much more powerful the more you use it. Want to build an employee database inside confluence? Done Want to handle absence request in confluence, including calendar view when your employees are on vacation? Done Want to intelligently filter then those employees per office or function? Just reference other fields from other records to intelligently filter and customize the view on your data. I fully recommend this plugin for anyone which misses some records and items functionality and intelligent tables of records in confluence!

I am thoroughly impressed with this add-on. Yes, there is an initial learning curve to leverage some of the most advanced features, but it is well worth the investment. In fact, as I reflect on some of the things we have been able to achieve in a short period of time, it astounds me that just by learning how their macros fit together and a little programming syntax we can build the form workflows we have. In less than two weeks of working with ConfiForms I was able to create a form that serves as directory for business units, use one of those fields as a smart dropdown in a separate work request form, route submitted work requests to the proper resources via automated emails with dynamic links to the individual entries, then transfer all that information to other Confluence/Jira entities depending on the triage determination. All the while, ConfiForms' ability to aggregate data allows us visualize how many of each type of request we are receiving, how many are waiting triage, etc. Wow! As others have mentioned, the support has been great and I would not have been able to accomplish those things without it as well as the excellent examples on their website. I'm a total convert and I can already envision so many more use cases I want to address with this awesome add-on.

Besides of the fact that documentation needs a bit polish on bits and pices (but possibly just for the not native speakers ;-) - this ad on is totally awsome and brilliant. I have been creating some complex forms with connection to and from mysql db, approval chains, and notofocations within Confluence and by mail - all from the scratch it took me only short time to understand how everything works. Last but not least this is also due to the fantastic and very fast support I got when questions came up. For creating digital workflows in Confluence and supporting a paperless environment this is the tool.

We have ConfiForms in place and are starting to adopt it. While the documentation can be somewhat hard to follow the support that I have received from the company has been by far the best of any vendor. When I submit a request, issue, or question, I am receiving a response quicker than I do from any other vendor. That support model more than makes up for the documentation. I look forward to them continuing to grow their functionality.

This plugin has been invaluable! It is extremely flexible, the development team updates regularly, and the support is amazing. The support team responds quickly and is always happy to help. If you are looking for a plugin that allows you to control user requests and create systems for tracking a variety of things, this is an excellent choice.

    Pricing

    Pricing details are loading…

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

The add-on tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
