Description
Add Slack task in a build or deploy plan
Inside a build or deployment plan, you can add a Slack notification task to send notifications to Slack. You can use bamboo variables in the message. Attachments are supported.
Attachments supported
You can send file attachments to Slack by providing the path of the file in the configuration of the task. The path to the file can be composed by a Bamboo variable.
Create a bot user in Slack and add it to a channel
You must create a bot user in Slack and add it to a channel, then it gives you a Slack Auth. Token that will be used then in the task configuration.

With Bamboo Slack Task plugin, you can send Slack notifications to a channel inside a build plan or a deployment plan.
You can use bamboo variables to have dynamic values.
File attachments are supported too.
