The tool itself is quite comfortable, but we have the problem that usernames come from company LDAP and are unique UID. This lead to the problem when making a barchart displaying Assignee, we get only the UID values where no one knows who is what person. It would be helpful if it could be chosen also for users fullname instead username. I tried also to implement scripted fields as workaround, but then I don't get access to those when setting up a barchart.

It would be really helpful if the bars were clickable, so as to open a result list where the elements are filtered. Much like the pie-chart is behaving Unfortunatelly the developers are no longer "active" on this project, so the chance of getting this implemented is really slim.

Would be a nice feature if it would work with cascading fields and listing the issues by date

    Hi Micheal,

thanks for your feedback. However this is more a feature request than a review. Therefore please use our issue tracker for feature requests reports instead of this platform: https://tngtech-oss.atlassian.net/projects/JBCP . Since this is an open source add-on, you could also implement the feature yourself - we will accept pull requests :)

Of course the add-on should work with custom fields. If it is not working for you, open a bug report, tell us your essential environment information (JIRA Versions, Add-on Version). Otherwise we are unable to help.

Please be sure that you run the newest version of the add-on. There were issues with environments with not correctly configured SSL certificates in the past causing internal server errors.

Hi, this is just what we need but I can't select any Time variant under "Domain axis" so it gets useless. In your examples it should be possible to select Month but that isn't available. Nothing with time can be selected in the X-axis as it seems and that is what I need. Reply to vendor Response: But how do you then get the Date & Time on the X-axis as you show in your barchart pictures? What we need is to be able to select either weeks or months etc on the X-axis and different characteristics in the bars. In our case we need to show certain statuses (not all) in the bars per month.

    Hi Linus,

thank for your feedback. There seems to be a lack in our documentation. The barchart does only allow custom fields. There is no special feature like a time variant.

The field "Month" from the screenshot is a customfield that is filled by a post function.

    2nd reply:

Selecting time variants without having custom fields containing the aggregated time values is just not implemented at the moment. We will replace the screenshot to prevent confusion in the future.

To achieve such a behaviour with the current functionality you can:

    - create a custom field, e.g. select box with twelve months as option

    - fill it with the month on creation. You'll need a special post function or some javascript snippet for it.
