Tableenhancer provides enhancements for a table such as row numbers, initial sorting and showing a total line

Tableenhancer provides enhancements for a table such as row numbers, initial sorting and showing a total line

    Row numbers

    Initial sorting

    Fixate rows and columns

Add a 1-based consecutive number as first cell to every row (expect headers), either once before or after initial sorting, or independent from every sorting.

Choose the index of a column and the sort order in marco editor after which the table should initially be sorted.

You can now freeze rows and columns just like in Microsoft Excel. Freeze rows at the top of the table or columns on the left side.

This feature will also work while editing the page.

    More details

Enhancements for a table such as row numbers, initial sorting, showing a total line and the ability to fix headers when scrolling in the editor. Just wrap your table in the tableenhancer macro and specify what you want enhanced via the macro options.

Works nice so far with Confluence 5.xx We simply wanted to use column total / summarize function to sum up i.e. money values on an ordinary Confluence-table.

I really enjoy the table enhancer for Confluence. After updating recently though I have lost the ability to sort by specific column, I thought it might be due to something with one of my current tables but when created a brand new table and choose sort by column 3 it just doesn't do anything after I save the page. Help!

    Hello Adam,

nice that you enjoy the table enhancer. I have just tested table sorting and can confirm that that feature definitly works on my machine :D. If you experience issues, can you please file a bug report as a JIRA ticket at https://tngtech-oss.atlassian.net/projects/TABENH ? It would be great if you can include you Tableenhancer version, confluence version as well as an example page in order to enable us to reproduce the problem.

    Regards

I don't know why the column freeze works, but the first row is NOT. If it works then this would be a great plugin!

Love the row and column fixing. The ability to set table width and column widths would make this even more awesome.
