Nice plug-in, thank Bhushan for creating it. Two questions: 1) why using the same label ("Due today") for tickets with due date today or tomorrow? I was expecting "Due today" for ticket with deadline = today and "Due 1 day" for ticket with deadline = tomorrow. 2) can you create a SLA associated with your custom field Due Date Indicator? Anyway, thank you for your hard work.

    Thanks for the review Alessandro.

    1) Fixed - please update to version 1.5.

    2) JSD provides advanced SLA's and you might want to simply use the Due Date field instead for SLA's. Recommend evaluating JSD if you are looking for SLA capabilities in a support environment.

Very neat add-on. My only question is what do you do to get rid of the error message that displays once you apply a resolution to a ticket that had this field enabled?

Really useful. Bhushan are you planning on updating to 7.2?

This plug in works well, we only have one minor issue with it.... When viewing the due date field in an external tool like confluence the column simply appears blank.
