Create different dashboards for different teams

    Easily create awesome looking dashboards

Replace the default global dashboard with a custom one defined on a simple wiki page. You can also limit the access to the global dashboard by defining filter rules for selected users and groups.

By using multiple filter rules, you can have different dashboards for different teams. You can even allow users to have personal dashboards by setting the dashboard location to the user's site homepage.

By using wiki pages as dashboards, you can use any macro, e.g. the Chart Macro or the Image Slider Macro. The plugin even includes additional macros for displaying popular pages or the daily Dilbert strip.

Great add-on. One suggestion: When using a rule to allow a user to use either the global dashboard or the start page of his personal space, is it possible to display this page as a dashboard without sidebar. It would be even better to only use the personal space start page, if the user has defined one. If not, use the next matching page by rule.

Thanks for your feedback! We've planned to make the option to render wiki pages as dashboards also available for the site homepage setting. It will probably be part of the next major release, which should be out soon.

This is so simple to use I did not even have to look at any instructions and it does exactly what I want it to. We have need to stop some users from seeing the dashboard and this does it so well. Now just need to convince the boss that we need it.

Fantastic add-on. Does exactly what we need. Question; does it work with Refined Wiki?

HI, we have more dashboards. Global - for most users and some spaces as dashboards for specific groups. How can a member of a specific group access the global dashboard? when he hits "Dashboard" he always will be navigated to the dashboard/space of his specific group. Thank you!

Hi Radim, you could create a new wiki page called "Global Dashboard" and use this page as dashboard for most users instead of the default dashboard of Confluence. On the "Global Dashboard" page you could use the space list and activity stream macros to replicate the functionality of the default dashboard of Confluence. Then you can link to this new "Global Dashboard" on the other dashboards, the users won't be redirected anymore. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

The add-on tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
