    Appealing visualization

    Extensive filtering options

Users can visualize the labels in a Space or across the Confluence instance. Different filtering options are in place.

Need an eye catcher for your dashboard or home page? Try out the animated 3D ball, or different shapes filled with your labels!

Customize the tag cloud to focus on your context. E.g. only show tags of content that was recently updated, or edited by a specific user, in one or more Spaces.

    More details

The TagCloud Plugin is a fully-fledged replacement for the built-in Confluence tag cloud ("Popular Labels") implementation. It can be used instead of the listlabels-heatmap.action and the popular-labels macro featuring several useful additions compared to the default functionality.

    Dear Aleksandr,

the latest versions should fully work with Confluence 5.9 and 5.10. Just updated the compatibility in marketplace.

There is one wish, I would like to see implemented: Make some parameters of the global tagcloud configurable via plugin or admin configuration. We use tags a lot for caategorizing pages for certain page reports and would like to filter these tags & not display them in the global tagcloud. Otherwise, great plugin!!

Any chance to get this for Confluence 5.3.x/5.4.x?

Dear Thomas, I'm currently working on a version for 5.x. You can already use the {tagcloud} macro without problems in 5.x. There's only a minor known bug in the tagcloud.action, where the space filter menu is not populated correctly. You may use the macro, and disable the “Space Tagcloud” and “Global Tagcloud” plugin modules in the meantime. Best, Bernd

Thank you very much for this awesome plugin. The customisation options of the macro are spot on and cover all my needs. Sweet!

Hi, Bernd, Thanks for your reply, but I still have a question that since you hace tested on your side and found chinese can be displayed.then how can I manage it from my side since the flash library doesn't support UTF-8 currenrtly? I wonder if I can realize it because of business requirement. Bye the way, I use the followed markup in confluence: {cumulus} {tagcloud: format=cumulus|minSize=9|maxSize} {cumulus} Thanks in advance. Best Regards William

    Hi William,

thanks for your comment. I just tested chinese characters in labels and they're displayed correctly in the tag cloud for me. The only issue is in combination with the cumulus output (animated tag cloud), as the Flash library doesn't support UTF-8 yet.

    Best,
    Bernd
