    You can create your own customer contacts that contain customer name, surname, phone and e-mail and then associate one or more customers to your issues in order to monitor customer-issue correlation. You can access easily issue related customers and keep in touch them. Also, there are configuration settings like cache timeout that updates the cached data for the refresh.

    If you expect the product to start working after you purchase it, you are wrong. I tried to follow the concise documentation but it either misses some steps, or the setup does not go as the documentation suggests. It took me several hours to figure out how JIRA works with custom fields, screens, schemas, etc. and now that I know these, I have set up my own contact manager and I think I have not used this plugin! I just did it myself using the capabilities of Jira. You just need to figure out some of the "relations" in JIRA's ER diagram. Not recommending this add on due to its poor documentation

    The plugin does what is says it will do, however, the lack of a 6.1.x compatible version is going to be a major hindrance in our upgrade plans. I need, and am still waiting, to see that version released.
