This tool is critical in enabling our desired workflow: maintaining one "development" version of docs and periodically publishing "production" copies to the public as our product continuously evolves--without having to manually reorder hundreds of pages in the page tree each time. It's effortless to set up and use, and support is extremely responsive.

I think it's a great tool! I keep on getting errors like most people but it doesn't seem to affect the outcome. 502 is the one I've seen mostly. I'm running up against a stumbling block - it appears I can only copy a tree of up to 700 pages, is this the limit? I'm working on a company-wide project and I may have to duplicate many more pages than that. Any advice or solutions?

We keep getting a failure error as well and have taken screenshots to support the process. We followed the process outlined and the copy failed on the most basic copy operation. We worked around this by Exporting a Space, Importing the Space into a Project without a Space, and then performing a move to the target space in which we wanted the documentation to live.

    Hi Joshua,

Thanks very much for your interest in the add-on! I see you opened a ticket just yesterday. There errors you saw (502/504) indicate there was a disruption in Confluence Cloud itself. When our add-on requested an action Confluence stopped responding. From the logs: "Atlassian Cloud Notifications - Page Unavailable" which is further confirmation Confluence was breaking on this attempt. This happens everyone once in a while with Atlassian Cloud, but never ever on Confluence Server. Please give us a little time to work on this. I will follow up with you.

    Cheers,

    Brendan

This plugin is great in theory, however, we keep getting a !Failure error when trying to copy a page tree. I wrote to support over three weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. UPDATE: After some misunderstanding on what email was correct to contact for support, and getting attention from Artemis team, the problem we were having was resolved and now we can use the plugin. Brendan was great help, and fast to look for and provide a solution. This plugin saves us loads of time to re-create a space structure for repeated project creation with similar requirements. Thanks Brendan for the help! "

in place rename does not work at all.

    Hi Zheng,

This feature has been added and absolutely works!

Thank you for checking it out. I assume you were using the 'server' version? We are actually just finishing up a new UI for the server interface that does do 'in place rename' (this was never a feature before). Please check it again in a week and that new feature should work.

I hope you'll consider updating your review reating with the new feature.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does cloud add-on pricing work?

Cloud products and add-ons are hosted by Atlassian. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

Your subscription automatically renews every month. Annual pricing is also available. Your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically upgraded (as necessary) when you add users to your instance.

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing tier?

The cloud add-on tier is set automatically based on the license tier of the host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Cloud license for 25 users, your add-on tier is 25 users.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud add-ons, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

The add-on tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a Confluence Server license for 25 users, you should purchase the 25-user tier for add-ons. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
