Have your Monitis problems and recovery alerts posted in a special Hipchat room

Log in to Monitis dashboard

Go to “New Contact”

Add Hipchat as a contact

Go to https://dashboard.monitis.com/login.jsp and log in with your email and password

After logging in go to Alerts > Contacts and hit the “New Contact” at the top right hand corner of the wizard.

In the “Contact Details” go to “Contact type” and choose Hipchat from the drop-down menu. Then, copy and paste the corresponding token and write the name of the room in the “Room to post” field. Click on “next”.
