I have been using the JIRA PDF plugin for a few weeks now, to create a currently-internal-but-soon-to-be-customer-facing document. It has proved to be a very useful tool, providing us with the wherewithall to create the document at the press of a button, replacing a convoluted set of scripts that were the previous solution. Midori support has been extremely useful, and tolerant, providing me with accurate and timely responses when I have asked what must seem like novice questions.

The JIRA PDF View plugin is an excellent tool to help prepare reports for Customers and department heads. The functionality of the PDF plugin brings our reporting capabilities to a new level and has already had an impression in our company. We also use the JIRA PDF View plugin within our IT Department where we document issues and user stories raised by the business and we also use the plugin to export and communicate testing results for ongoing developments to the business owners. The Midori team have created a really professional tool which is making our life easier!

The JIRA PDF View plugin is extremely customizable and the built-in default reports are great starting points for creating our own reports. We've also received great support in times in which we've reached out to Midori.

We are using JIRA PDF View Plugin in combination with PDF Automation Plugin for JIRA for an automtic generarion of release notes and regular business reports based on our jira tickets. Doing it this way we are able to receive the information out of Jira in a perfectly preconfigured way. The reports get created in time and contain all the necessary information in a compact manner. Using this combination of plugins saves a lot of time in comparison to the manual generation of the release notes and the business reports by using the jira internal methods. - Thanks for saving our time an money!

We recently started using JIRA in the last few months to track site issues and we work with 3rd party vendors and clients. Getting the information to them regarding the current state of the project is one of the most critical components for a successful project. Midori's PDF View plugin has been vital to efficiently communicating that to everyone. We combined the JIRA issue import process that is built into JIRA and then export with PDF View plugin to get a full view of all the issues that have been reported on a single system. Thanks Midori - keep up the great work!
