Better Excel Automation for Jira has become for me an indispensable tool in using Better Excel Exporter, thanks to it I also have the ability to generate and attach automatically a report to the Jira ticket without having to download it first. I highly recommend it. PLUS the support team is constantly available to provide assistance.
