Export Schemes are similar to the Blueprints functionality in Confluence. You can define multiple Export Schemes, per space or globally.

Scroll Office uses Word templates to output native Word documents. Scroll Office automatically matches the styles in Confluence with the corresponding styles you defined in your Mircrosoft Word template.

Scroll Office enables you to create Word elements such as title page, table of contents, page headers/footers, etc. You can define list styles and table styles to output these elements.

Excellent plugin that allows us to have our content in our wiki and export great looking snapshots of the information into word documents when needed.

Hallo, the add-on is also useful for export to word and subsequently reimport to any other content management . So it is possible to create any text in confluence and then import it in your cms. An additional compliment to the staff of k15t. Quickly help via helpdesk. and useful hints for our problems. Thanx to k15t.

Great add-on. Even without a lot of customization it delivers great document exports out of the box.

Very smart AddOn. We create all Documentation only in Confluence now. Then export it with ScrollOffice to Word without doing any custom work in Word after the export.

This is a highly recommended plugin if you want to totally control how you output to Word documents from your confluence knowledge base. The combination of custom word templates you can upload and a bunch of confluence macros to fine tune how you export (or not) your confluence data to the external word document is very well designed and implemented. The plugin seems to be well supported to with new versions coming out with frequent patching. Good job!

How do upgrades and renewals work?

You can upgrade your Atlassian host product license to increase the user tier for add-on licenses any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula, and are automatically reflected in your cart. View an example of the JIRA upgrade price matrix here.

Add-on licences for downloaded Atlassian products are perpetual. Your original purchase includes 12 months of maintenance. To continue receiving upgrades and support after the initial 12 months, you can renew your maintenance for 50% of the original purchase price. You can purchase maintenance for up to 36 additional months at any time.

OnDemand add-on subscriptions renew each month and can be canceled any time.

How do I determine my pricing tier?

Choose the same user tier you pay for in the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a JIRA download license for 25 users, you should purchase this tier.

Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

What's the difference between OnDemand and download pricing?

Just like your Atlassian host application, there are two pricing models. Pick the model that matches your Atlassian product, and the same rules apply:

Add-on purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Choose enterprise pricing if your Atlassian host application is billed for enterprise licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

You can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times – in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Free Trial and you'll be directed to generate a license at MyAtlassian. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

Alternatively, if you remove your expiring trial license from your Atlassian host application, you can re-add it back for another free trial.

What are legacy pricing tiers?

If you bought your Atlassian host application during or before February 2012, you qualify for legacy pricing tiers.

  • JIRA tiers are 10, 25, 50, and 100 users. The legacy unlimited tier was 100+ users.
  • The Confluence legacy tiers are 10, 25, 50, 100, 500, and 2000 users. The unlimited legacy tier was 2000+ users.
  • There are no enterprise licenses prior to and including February 2012.

Installation

  1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
  4. Locate Scroll Office via search. The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.
  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Scroll Office. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Scroll Office begins to download.
  6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
  7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your Confluence instance.
