Synchronisation throws up many problems that have to be resolved manually. Main issue is synchronising versions over projects. Often Synchronisation stops and we have to resync manually. Contacting the support on this issue resulted in "please schedule an appointment", where no one showed up. Now waiting for the next appointment.

We have evaluated the plugin for a synch of a Jira Service Management project that is not in our reach so we needed a solution without having to install a plugin on the remotes side. We found the solution in this plugin. We needed support for installation and config in some cases and that support was really quick. mostly in 24 hours. And also we got the chance to test the remote license for 3 months so I think that's quite fair. We have now implemented it in production and we are happy with what we got at the end of the process.

not working for jira product discovery

Thank you for taking the time to try out Backbone and sharing your feedback - we truly appreciate it.
At the moment, Jira Product Discovery unfortunately doesn't support Marketplace apps, which means no apps (including Backbone Work Sync) can be used on it. You can find more details in Atlassian's documentation on Marketplace app compatibility. That’s also why we haven't listed it as a compatible product.
We agree that this would be a great feature to have, and we'll definitely look into supporting Jira Product Discovery as soon as Atlassian makes it possible.
We would be grateful if you could update your review to reflect this context. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us at help@k15t.com if you need help with other Atlassian products that Backbone currently supports, including Jira and Jira Service Management.
