Dear Volodymyr, thanks for great add-on, it helps us a lot. Please from version 2.7.0 when I search for issue based on project name the result are ordered from the oldest one and the new issues are on the bottom, or when there are a lot of them the newest are not shown at all. Please is it possible to change the order back that the new issues stays on top of search list, thanks very much Michal

    Michal,

Thank you very much for the review and for your remark about the suggestions! In version 2.7.0 I tried to improve the suggestions and now I see that I need to return it back. Will do it in 2.7.2. I will keep your updated.

Dear Vendor, Your tool is excellent, but I have few suggestions. Another similar add-on ICtime gives users optional (and much needed) project settings inactive and closed, and does not allow to log work on projects in this status. Could your add-on also use those settings in case ICtime is installed, and disallow log work for such projects? Next, could there be an option to prevent selection of finished / resolved / done tasks so user cannot log new work on them (but can correct already entered work logs for these tasks)? Third, could there be an optional warning if total logged work goes over task estimate, or maybe there would be displayed sum of logged work for the selected issue, and for comparison also displayed its currently estimated work? I think any of these would increase value of your product. Thank you for response.

    Hello Bostjan Cerk,

Thank you for using Work Time Calendar and for your valuable suggestions!

I am glad to update you that versions 2.7.0 for JIRA Server and 1.2.6-AC for JIRA Cloud include changes based on your feedback:

    • Marking projects as inactive to block time reporting on them
    • Marking issue statuses as inactive to block time reporting for issues that are in inactive statuses
    • Inactive projects and issues are excluded from the autosuggestion
    • "Blocked" icon is shown for worklogs that belong to inactive projects or statuses
    • Blocked worklogs can not be edited

Best method for entering time our team has found! The Outlook-like interface in the calendar view is fantastic for entering and moving time around. Both the calendar and time sheet views are excellent tools for helping users account for their time. Great add-on!

Great plugin. We use it exclusively for time tracking and it worked great for a while. The only thing keeping it from a full star rating is a timezone issue. We're on Mountain Daylight time right now, and as soon as Daylight Savings kicked in, the hours at the top of the day display wrong. All tasks filed between Midnight and 5 PM MDT show up on the day before the actual work day. Once that's fixed, we'll bump up our rating!

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does cloud add-on pricing work?

Cloud products and add-ons are hosted by Atlassian. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

Your subscription automatically renews every month. Annual pricing is also available. Your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically upgraded (as necessary) when you add users to your instance.

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing tier?

The cloud add-on tier is set automatically based on the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you have JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, your add-on tier is 50 users.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud add-ons, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server add-on pricing work?

Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing tier?

For JIRA Server 7.0 or later, the add-on tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you're running JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 50-user tier for add-ons.

For versions of JIRA Server prior to 7.0, the add-on tier should match the licensed user tier for JIRA. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your JIRA license, the two licenses should match exactly.

For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
