Seemingly small. After a closer look extremely useful. One of the best JIRA plugin ever

    Color Buttons

    Where are my transitions?!

Status Explanations with Service Desk Integration

Highlight some actions to users by filling buttons with color. Reduces the number of erroneous transitions by users. Colors affects the user's awareness more deeply than plain text.

Have You ever wondered why one of the desired actions in Your JIRA issue was not present but theoretically it should? This plugin which is based on issue tab, was designed to solve this problem.

Tell the users what does the current status mean. Do not let them ask you 'What this status really mean?' Give them visible hints or suggestions to any status. Introduce new users to your workflow smoothly.

Great plugin. It helped figure out why some workflow actions weren't visible.

Very useful plugin, saves much time figuring out why an option isn't available. Astoundingly quick support too - reported a bug and it was fixed in 75mins :D

Very useful. It wasn't a big fun to look every time to workflows configuration. So, in my humble opinion "must have" if you are administrator. I'm looking forward for feature: a mouseover show groups/people on selected condition. This surely will close questions about "who/which/why not me"?

Very helpfull plugin already used in production on a version 4.4.4 of JIRA. Looking forward to use the 2.x version of your plugin. What I don't understand is why your add your specific business description to a transition and don't use the already built-in description property.

    Hi Mathieu,

Thank you for your rate. We know about this excessive feature - will be removed soon.

    • Actions Availability Checker - it shows all the conditions for available actions and displays which conditions passed and which did not (primary feature)

    But there is more:

    • Status Explanations - Set description for each JIRA status with Customer Portal integration. Help users to understand your workflow.
    • Color Button - According to many research, for 85% of us colors are important to make a decision. Use psychology of colors on issues.

Plugin is available in: English, German, Polish and Spanish.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

    How does add-on pricing work?

Just like your Atlassian host application, there are two pricing models for add-ons. Pick the model that matches your Atlassian product, and the same rules apply:

    Server pricing

    • Products and add-ons are hosted on your servers.
    • Licenses last forever and include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
    • You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price.
    • You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    Cloud pricing

    • Products and add-ons are hosted by Atlassian.
    • You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.
    • Your subscription automatically renews every month. Annual pricing is also available.
    • Your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically upgraded (as necessary) when you add users to your instance.

    Price changes

    • If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.
How do I determine my pricing tier?

Choose the same user tier you pay for in the Atlassian host application. For example, if you have a JIRA Server license for 25 users, you should purchase this tier. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your host application license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

Add-on purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application.

Add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

You can extend your Server add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Free Trial and you'll be directed to generate a license at MyAtlassian. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

You cannot extend your Cloud free evaluation period. All Cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation of period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.

How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA or Confluence license?

If you own a legacy JIRA Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.
