    I am evaluating this add-on and it looks promissing, but I find it extremly slow. The Folio/Portfolio main screen takes18s to show the list of Folios !!! I don't understand why it should take so long when there is no calculation needed, no summary fields, it's just simple list of main data from the Folio configuration. Is any optimization planned ? When using reports for Portfolio I miss decompozition of data per each included Folio in the output. I only can see mixed summaries of data not knowing which Folio they belong to that is many times confusing. The only report showing it that way is the Steering Committee Report. Export of Folios with possibility to define what fields to export would be as well appreciated.

    Thank you very much for your kind feedback.

    The performance of Tempo Budgets should not be an issue for portfolios holding up to 250 folios based on our benchmarks. If you do experience slowness, I strongly encourage you to submit a support request. I am sure that we will be able to help you fix it in a fast manner.

    For the decomposition of the portfolio data per folios, you should be able to find this in the cost/revenue summary section of the portfolio. You will have a graphic and tabular display of the data per folio.

    Finally the ability to export folios is on our backlog and should be introduced in a future release.

    In the version 11, this plugin became absolutely ridiculous with a kindergarten-level simplified summary. I can hardly express how disappointed I am now and how much I regret that we bought the licence till the end of the next year. The plugin used to be extremely helpful for us throughout the last year with at the glance view on health of our projects, but for some unknown reason developers decided that, instead of quick access to all key indicators of project's state, we need a bunch of useless diagrams and icons changing once a professional tool for PMs to a useless toy. Guys, if your old customers do matter for you, please make this new glamorous dashboard optional for who needs such an extreme oversimplification.

    Thank you for your feedback!

    I am very sorry to hear that you do not like the simplified overview screens we introduced in version 11. Please note though that the original overviews *are still available* as the Steering Committee Report: it is in all respects identical to what it was originally.

    Given other users feedback, the original overview screens seemed to have reached a level of complexity that was too high, making them hard to understand, especially for new users. We felt that while they were still extremely valuable as reports, they were not truly overviews anymore.

    Please note also that while the new overviews are much simpler to grasp, most of the data from the original overviews is still there! The main difference being that the data is presented differently, through bar charts and other graphical widgets rather than in a tabular fashion.

    I would be extremely interested to learn more about the specific pieces of information you find missing in the new overviews and that you would like to see restored. We take user feedback extremely seriously as we strive to make Tempo Budgets great for all our customers, old and new.     I've been trialing Folio and love it however because we have decided to use Jira Cloud I am really disappointed that I am not going to be able to implement and now have to find another tool. I am hoping that Folio is going to be available for Jira Cloud sooner rather than later.

    How does server add-on pricing work?

    Server products and add-ons are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

    You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and add-on licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

    If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my server pricing tier?

    For JIRA Server 7.0 or later, the add-on tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you're running JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 50-user tier for add-ons.

    For versions of JIRA Server prior to 7.0, the add-on tier should match the licensed user tier for JIRA. Even if fewer users want to use the add-on than your JIRA license, the two licenses should match exactly.

    Note: While this add-on has features specific to JIRA Service Desk, the add-on is technically available across the whole JIRA instance. Therefore the above guidelines for the license tier still apply.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

    For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For server add-ons, you can extend your add-on trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the add-on listing in UPM from your Atlassian host application, and you're all set.

    How can I buy add-ons for my legacy JIRA Server or Confluence Server license?

    If you own a legacy JIRA Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy add-on pricing is no longer available. You have two options for add-on purchasing:

    • Purchase the add-on at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your JIRA or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the add-on at the same tier.

    Installation

    1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Atlassian Marketplace. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Tempo Budgets for JIRA prev. Tempo Folio via search. The appropriate add-on version appears in the search results.
    5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Tempo Budgets for JIRA prev. Tempo Folio. You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Tempo Budgets for JIRA prev. Tempo Folio begins to download.
    6. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.
    7. Click Apply license. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.
