    Would be nice to add a standardized list to all issues (even without versions). It also seems all those "releases" seem to be broken. We don't use them anyway, so being able to add them to all issues at once would be nice.

    It would be great if you could support multi-line acceptance criteria (for those of us who write: "As an X When I do Y Then I expect Z") Also, it would be great to be able to configure which projects this addon is displayed on; we have support and development projects on the same instance and this addon is useless clutter on the support projects.

    It's OK but there are limitations that means we can't really use this. 1- Each Acceptance criteria is only displayed in one line and cannot have formatting (bold, etc...) As a result this can only be used for the simplest level of AC and not Business Driven AC that may require a bit more than just "this works". This is the blocker for me. While I like the ability to tick off acceptance criteria that pass, I don't want to remove the ability to make the AC easy to read. 2- Acceptance Criteria apply to stories (as expected) and they are summarized at the level of the Version. I don't see a lot of value in having a view of the acceptance criteria that pass or fail for all stories at the level of the version since a story won't be closed unless all AC pass but that's fine. What is not though is that the Definition of Done is also defined at the level of the Version. For those who asked, it took me a while to find as well but to set the Definition of Done, you need to go to the Acceptance Criteria tab (the one that is shown in the left sidebar) and expand the Versions tab. This will allow you to define a Definition of Done for that version. So it's OK to define a Definition of Done for the Version but unless I missed something it does not help for the Definition of Done for the story. You can only tick items in the DoD once for the whole version. There is no way to apply a DoD at the level of the story. Based on the limitations above I would actually find this plugin more useful if you could rename "Acceptance Criteria" to anything you wanted to as I like the ability to have a "To Do"-type list in the stories that you can tick off, just not for Acceptance Criteria unless multi-line, rich format is available.

    It looks good. easy install, easy to see and check for every story or for all of them, but I can not find or add Definition of Done. anyone can help?

    Hello Jose,

    You can go to project and select Acceptance Criteria tab from the project sidebar. Expand the Versions tab. Click on the version that you need and define Definition of Done for that version.

    Hello Jose,

    Installation

    1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Acceptance Criteria - Definition of Done via search. Results include app versions compatible with your JIRA instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.

    To find older Acceptance Criteria - Definition of Done versions compatible with your instance, you can look through our version history page.
