Good day, I wonder if you have any possibility to extract the data that is stored in the "Transiitions". If you have somehow through JSQL or plugin or store in a SO course of this field is modified. I need to extract the data (date and time) of each transition.

Please let us know if this plugin can achieve the below requirement, "Hi, I have a JIRA System Admin, who should be able to create JIRA Admins. Due to our specific project need, which is beyond my control, the JIRA Admins must be able to just create\delete user details but not modify them. Specifically we do not want the admins to change the username of the users. Please let us know if the plugin can achieve this functionality."

    Vendor response

Hi Sijo, thank you for your rating. About your requirement - I'm sorry but this is rather out of the scope of the plugin. Cannot be done with the current version and unlikely to be implemented at any time in future. Btw, feature requests should be posted at https://jsutil.atlassian.net/ , not here.

Great add-on, but the cloud version is behind, and there are very specific bugs that make parts of this unusable in the current version 1.4.9 Would love to know when 1.4.10 will be released for cloud.

This plug in may be useful, but the documentation is useless. It's pretty pathetic to see request sfor better documentation and examples going back years and nothing is there. The FAQ is under constructions, .... (looks like also since ever, .. ) I.e where is clear documentation how to set custom field in post functions. it's not intuitive! There a few different custom field type from checkboxes to user picker. The update custom field functions gives you a text box. Ok .... ? I cannot recommend this plug based on current state of documentation! very poor!
