Description

Bring your Support and Technical teams closer


UserVoice feedback, will be created as a Jira issue. Changes made to the Jira issue are posted as notes to UserVoice allowing customer support teams keep track of updates being made by your tech teams.



Bi-directional commenting


Comments are most commonly used to promote communication between teams. Comments posted to the Jira issue, are posted to UserVoice feedback. This allows support and tech teams to communicate easily.



Jira issue linked to UserVoice feedback/ticket


The view issue screen provides a remote link to the UserVoice feedback. It also displays the current status and the number of votes for the UserVoice feedback.
