Exalate has a been a great tool to help streamline interactions between our application support operating primarily in Jira, and our application development teams operating primarily in Azure DevOps. The setup of the connection was quick and simple, and the visual mapping especially made it easy.

It's fine, mostly works. The bigger your need the worse it works though, don't build a whole framework around this app. There are particular limitations around attachments and issue links - if your normal synced tickets will have big (more than 10mb) attachments and more than about 10 linked issues on them this will ruin your life.
