xDesk is a two part development consisting of an autonomous web application that communicates with the xDesk Jira add-on.

xDesk features include:

    · simple integration of xDesk users into Jira processes

    · removes necessity of internal Jira security measures (permission schemes)

    · very intuitive, simple front end greatly reduces training measures

    · individual limiting profiles

    · field level security – the end user only sees what the Jira administrator profiles

    · possibility to easily customize corporate identity features

    · possibility to incorporate other data into the portal (i.e. how-to descriptions)

great performance – the web application is streamlined and the load on Jira itself is reduced as there is no need for front end processing
