The developer is EXTREMELY responsive to inquiries and was a huge help during setup. Lots of back and forth figuring out configuration for our environment before we ever paid for the license (which was very nice). Would definitely recommend this plugin to anyone interested in SSO. Once up and running in our production environment, it works flawlessly.

We're using this for all our Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crucible). Works flawlessly so far. Plugin support was very responsive and most helpful - not only with tips directly related to the plugin but also in pointing out configuration issues in the DNS / LDAP setup.

We implemented this for our internal 500+ user atlassian stack (Confluence, CROWD, JIRA, Bitbucket & Bamboo). We are still moving away from our JIRA internal user mgmt to proper CROWD instance due to size. Installation was straight forward and with the documentation provided, we were able to configure with minimal help. When we did have questions, the Cleito support was very responsive. Including helping pinpoint a config issue we made during a weekend cutover. I would recommend this add-on for Kerberos based SSO solutions.

We have a full suite of Atlassian tools deployed in our organization of 200+ people, with a company wide single-sign on framework already in wide-use, so having something that we could use to hone-in on the "one login for all" mindset was very attractive to us. Since we have several applications including Crowd in-use, a single-sign on without the use of passwords that worked for all of these applications was a must-have. The other products out there now that handle login in this way only really focused on JIRA, which wasn't as appealing. The installation instructions are very clear, though when issues arise, debugging Kerberos handshaking can be tough. We had some setup issues with our AD configuration, and with the help of a very responsive support personnel and our internal IT professionals, we were able to get a working setup with our complex environment. The Cleito support folks even went as far as setting up a complete virtual environment mimicking our setup so we'd have all our questions answered. Now that we're up and running, we've had no issues and it works like a charm -- even across server reloads. I would definitely recommend this plugin to anyone looking to set up a Kerberos authentication solution with all Atlassian products.

We had some difficulty nailing down the Kerberos/AD setup, but support was very responsive during this time. Once we had it working in a test app in our environment, everything else was a breeze. We got it running with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and even Crowd itself. The best part for us was that it works with Crowd application aliasing, which was a must have for us. One of the other competitors we looked at didn't have this feature.
