    Run any JIRA query at a specified time or on a recurring schedule and deliver issue list by email to members of a selected group or individual email address. Report can be delivered as HTML email or CSV file.

    The latest add-on update allows you to:

    • Specify list of issue fields to include in report.
    • Choose report email template.
    • Have report delivered as a CSV file.

    Instance level reports (that can be run for all users of a group) can be setup by a JIRA administrator, accessible using Configure button on the Add-ons page.

    Users can setup personal reports using link in the user menu.

    Currently, report is not emailed if query has no results. (Let us know if this is something you’d be interested in.)

    Most of the columns remain blank on the CSV export. Response: Some fields are showing the data (key and summary for ex), but most of the others are not showing anything, including priority and status.

    Are you sure there's issue data for blank cells? Did you test your query with columns specification? Does it find data for each specified column?

    Update: Please contact support@bugsio.com (so we can continue this offline) sending your report config details, specifically column list spec you used.

    How does cloud add-on pricing work?

    Cloud products and add-ons are hosted by Atlassian. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    Your subscription automatically renews every month. Annual pricing is also available. Your pricing tier for host products and add-ons is automatically upgraded (as necessary) when you add users to your instance.

    If add-on pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing tier?

    The cloud add-on tier is set automatically based on the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on your instance. For example, if you have JIRA Software (50 users) and JIRA Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, your add-on tier is 50 users.

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

    For server add-ons, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host application. Server add-ons are always free for community and open-source licenses. Cloud add-ons do not have discounted or free licenses.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud add-ons, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud add-ons are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the add-on.

    Few major improvements:

    • JQL can be tested from the config form. Results show sample content (raw and formatted if used in report) of all collected issue fields.
    • Issue field names added to all reports (CSV and HTML table and list).


    1. Log into your JIRA instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate e-Reminders add-on for JIRA.
    4. Click Free trial to download and install your add-on.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
