Excellent tool - DC Issue with it not appropriately showing compatibility is becoming a nuisance. Other than that, this tool works well.

we started seeing this plugin under Managed add-ons since last week. Few things that are confusing/not quite right: - that plugin is not user-installed. However, it appears under the user-installed plugins - it is not compatible with JIRA Data Center, and that is what we have, a JDC instance -We have 6 nodes, and in 2 of the nodes the Troubleshooting and tools link is not even appearing as an option under System on the left menu This is kind of messing up with our JDC now

Hey Tomas, thanks for raising this with us. The plugin definitely supports JIRA Data Center - it's not showing that currently due to a problem with the marketplace listing that is actively being investigated.

As for it not showing on 2 out of 6 nodes, it's possible this could be due to problems with node-specific enable problems. The plugin itself is cluster-independent so it should not be impacting any operations within JIRA, or any other nodes, itself.

I'd highly suggest reaching out to our support team at support.atlassian.com and they could take a look into those node logs to see if there's any indications as to what's going on there. If there are problems we'd absolutely love to help sort them out for you. :)
