    Version 3.8.1 is failing to install for me. It gets stuck during the install which makes the rest of Jira very slow. Only shutting down Jira and clearing the plugin cache seems to cancel the install. I'll try and install again when there's another version and see if the install works then. Currently on Jira version 7.0.5

    This plugin consistently provide feedback that is not applicable. In fact it has never in my experience identified "a known issue" that was an issue in our Jira instance. The latest error: Get Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:peoplemodule'. Please contact your JIRA administrators. Links to a solution for a plugin we do not have installed.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Atlassian application instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Support Tools Plugin via search. Results include add-on versions compatible with your Atlassian application instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
