I was surprised to discover that this plugin does not support Crowd yet. Any plans for this?

Created more problems for us than it fixed. Had to uninstall this to perform Administrative functions such as sending Atlassian a support request.

This release contains these new features:

  • initial support for JIRA Data Center
  • UI improvements for the license banner

This issues have been fixed:

  • STP-252 - Fix JS error when clicking "Try the log scanner now!"
  • STP-276 - Failed to send health check email


  1. Log into your Atlassian application instance as an admin.
  2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
  3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
  4. Locate Support Tools Plugin via search. Results include add-on versions compatible with your Atlassian application instance.
  5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
  6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
